Healing Arts Program at Memorial Hospital Belleville

Healing Arts Program at Memorial Hospital Belleville

Artwork, in its many forms, can have therapeutic purposes proven to benefit patients, their families and their caregivers.

Art enhances the space it occupies. It engages people emotionally – whether increasing feelings of happiness or serving as a welcome distraction during stressful times.

Commissioned Art Pieces

This artwork was selected to reflect the Belleville First, community movement.  Residents are encouraged to always make an effort to invest in the community when looking for goods or services. This is evident in such events as Art on the Square and Belleville’s Main Street shops and restaurants.

Representative of local landscapes, agriculture, plant life and landmarks around the area, these artwork selections are designed to help patients, visitors and employees of Memorial Hospital feel at ease with imagery that is familiar and calming.

This catalog features the offers currently available for funding at Memorial Hospital Belleville.  A similar catalog is available for funding opportunities at Memorial Hospital Shiloh.
