Year End Giving

As we approach the end of 2022, I think we all can agree that we are thankful things are returning to some resemblance of what life was like before COVID rocked our world. While things will never be the same, we have learned a great deal from our experiences. The value of working together was evident every day over the past two plus years as Memorial’s dedicated team cared for the majority of COVID+ patients in the Metro-East.

I invite you to participate in #TogetherWeGive – because, together, we can make a difference for so many others. Here’s a few ideas:

• $45 pays for a car seat for our Safe Ride Home Program ensuring that underserved families have a safety-approved and properly installed car seat to take their newborn home from the hospital.
• A hospital bed costs $15,000
• $275 will purchase a wheelchair
• Indigent Care Fund. Last year, Memorial provided $18 million in charity care and financial assistance to those who could not afford to pay for their health care services.
